Hello PilchardThanks for all the advice. I've put it all in a letter and am sending it recorded delivery so that if I end up taking it to Oftel I have proof of what I've written. We'll see what happens but I fully expect this is not the end of it!

It's always worth writing in and complaining to telecoms companies.
And at the end of your letter always make sure you state that you are either going to take them to court or to OFTEL if the issue isn't resolved.I'm not cynical I'm realistic
