I'll join the support group then. I had the money taken from my credit card on 19th Feb, have also had the £30 paid back. I'll be calling on Monday to chase it up again, my delivery date has been put back to next month, but I'm not impressed that they'll have had my money for 2 months by then.

I know exactley what you mean...they've had £71 of my money since 8th Jan!! So they have 8 weeks of interest on that:mad:

Same here emailed back and fore after being told it would be delivered within 7 days of money being taken on 19/2.
This is after denying taking the money from my CC in 3 emails. Absolute shower of sh*te company will not be using them again.

Another update from me...

At 8.30am i logged into my Marshall Ward account and it said 'Delivery Due Today':T
And banking online says my £30 has been refunded.
Then when i got back from the school run i had a message on my answerphone from the manager saying that it has been loaded into the van and will be with me today:j

i ordered mine on 10 January and had a delivery date of 7 March. However, on 7 March this date changed to 19 March!!!! Hopefully it will arrive on the 19. have been waiting ages now!!!!!

I ordered from Additions 09 Jan, Original date 23 Jan. This moved to 19 Mar. Just checked today and it says despatched. Haven't ever phoned or emailed to chase it.

£30 refund given OK.

Just sit back and wait and I think they will all turn up eventually.

I'm getting "ZG430 - Sorry, this promotion code cannot be applied to your order." from Marshall Ward. Does it still work on any other of the sites?
