According to marshall ward web site there is a 10 week waiting time and they reject the order when you go through their shopping basket!

No change for me either. It's worth ringing and chasing a little, I got the postage charge knocked off. Not a lot, but it all helps.

Mine arrived while on holiday. Pleasant surprise. I have also been credited back my £30.

I must say that I am impressed as I thought it would be a gamble to get money back. Anyway, people always knew it would be a risk and that if thousands(as I presume have) ordered there would be a long wait depending on where you fell into the pecking order. So do not complain. If you feel so strongly cancel and order somewhere else for full price.

Hi, i know this is completely off topic, but it still shows how rubbish the littlewoods group is! i ordered a mother's day plant which turned up a day late with a broken ceramic plant pot (was delivered straight to partners mum), when i called them and told them, they offered me £1.27 refund for a £26 plant, as partners mum had already re-potted it, i don't think £1.27 covers the cost of a ceramic pot!!!! And of course the upset
