Hopefully everybody still waiting will get a similar message very soon...i cant believe ive waited since 8th Jan for this..anything to save a bit of money;)

Hi, ordered in jan, est delivery 11 march, and has now gone to despatched, this is with additions, so hopefully will be here soon, here's hoping.

i emailed marshall ward on sunday and got a brush off email, not our fault yada yada yada, i also ordered the 8th and order still says order acepted no delivery in sight for me, so so so cross with marshall ward.
I told them in the email i will not be ordering anything from them in future its disgusting way to treat their customers.

I am currently emailing back and forth to find out why they charged my CC on the 19/2, initial response was the item will be delivered within 7 days.
Now they are saying my CC has not been charged the payment has been ringfenced, this is a lie as I have checked with my CC and I have been charged!

Good post by the OP but I will never order with MW again as they are sh*te!

Ordered mine on the 15/01/2009 delivery date is and has always been the 12/03/2009...order still accepted...watching this space!!!!

Morning!
Just to update..

My order has said dispatched since monday, but this morning(the day the delivery is due!) the status says that i have to phone them. So i phoned them and i was reassured that my order will be here today..
After an hour i decided to give them another ring as im really not happy with not knowing what is going on... The lady put me on hold and did some enquiries and it turns out that it is at the Depot but is requiring authorisation! she said she has no idea why as this is a first order and that isnt what normally happens...:mad: So at that point i told her i want the manager to ring me as i am totally discusted with the way i am being treated as a first customer as they have had my money since 8th Jan. The manager is going to be ringing me today (apparently before 4pm...but we'll see)

Anyone else had the same thing happen with their order today??

what authorization do they want now? hope u get urs soon... my status says 'delivery due today' ,hope i dont have to ring anyone or they will have a very p!!!ed off customer at the other end.

Spoke to the manager who was very understanding as to why i am VERY p*ssed off. She said the item is at the depot and she has personally phoned them authorised for the parcel to be sent so she reckons i should receive it in a few days:rolleyes: She is going to check on the status of it everyday and let me know if there are anymore delays:eek:

When/if i ever receive my WiiFit i will be writing a complaint to the head office as well as asking them to cancel my account as i wont ever be ordering from them or any of their sister companies EVER again!:mad:
