delivery says 23 April?!!! How long was the delivery date for the people who ordered at the start of Januaury?

    I ordered on 8th Jan...original delivery was 22nd Jan...now its 5th March.
I am prepared to wait but i find it discusting that those that ordered early were not given priority when they should have been:mad:

btw, if you are paying by card and not credit account, then they take the full amount and then credit back the £30 to your account when you recieve the item, that might sway you too!

tbh, they are part of the littlewoods group who own empire stores, additions etc, so i'm pretty sure they won't, but you are right, who knows nowadays?

  • AHH, mine says delivered, but I dont have it!!! Who do I ring?

They've tried to deliver it to my home address, even though I clearly stated my work as the delivery address! How useless is that! I hope they will re-deliver to my work address!!!

I ordered 9th Jan and had a delivery date of 23rd Jan, got a phone call asking how my first order had gone, told him that I hadn't received it yet, he went away to check came back and said that I should have it 23rd Jan.

On 23rd Jan I received a letter from Marshall Ward apologising for the delay and that I would receive my item by 29th Jan. This morning my better half took delivery of a parcel, I've just go in and it's my Wii Fit, checked my bank account and it has been credited back with £30. I'm well happy.:j:j:j

I would like to saythanks to Daisy Claire or the original post.:T:T:T

I hope that everyone else who has ordered gets their item and £30 back.
