Well the saga continues here:rolleyes2

This morning i got a letter dated 27th Jan saying -

" I am sorry that we are temporarily out of stock of PU454.
We are expecting further supplies of the items and hope to despatch your order in the near future.

If, for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order we will write to you immediatley. "

I mean for god sake what is wrong with this company?:mad: What really annoys me is that when it gets to my delivery date of 5th March they could then say it is out of stock...but they will have then had MY money for 8 weeks...gaining interest on it!:mad:

The best thing to do with companies like this is to open an account then pay when you receive the goods Marshall Ward do send out letters when things are delayed but usually this is only an estimate and things arrive much sooner

I ordered mine by phone on 09/01/09 it was meant to come on the 23rd jan then I got a letter saying 26th Feb. I see that some of you guys ordered before or the same day as me and you have had yours. I emailed them to complain about this they have asked if I could supply Customer details of those who have got thiers when I havent. So would any of you guys that ordered on the 9th and have your Fit help me out? dont worry I havent mentioned MSE to them I have simply said a friend has thiers

I was told that the more orders they receive in a particular area then they fulfil them ones first
I ordered on 8th Jan and my original delivery was 22nd...then 23rd...now 5th March and then after receiving my letter today (see above post) i dont hold much hope for actually getting it earlier:(
Im in Sussex so id be interested to know if anyone in this area received theirs at all

I'm also in West Sussex. I ordered from Marsall Ward on 08 Jan 2009 . I opened a new account and charged it to my account. My original delivery date was 22 Jan 2009 but I actually received it on 26 Jan 2009.

I am trying to order one of these however when trying to "add" to my basket, it simply sticks on "adding to basket...please wait.." - left it for 40minutes, came back and it was exactly the same

could anyone try this and confirm weither its the website or its my computer? (I have tryed on my laptop and exact same thing hapens)

could ayone confirm this please?

Yes it is no longer taking orders for the Wii Fit on the website.

It seems to be hapenning on everything, not just the wii fit? anything I try to add to basket sticks on "adding to basket...please wait.." hmm

EDIT: just phoned and they are out of stock aparently, and not getting anymore back in stock... very strange to hear that of a company about such a popular product?
