05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on
purchase. Mortgage offer amended
08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
26/02/21:
Partner's sale contract signed
10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
16/03/21: My sale contract signed
28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title
Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only
28/05/21: ALL EXCHANGED!

i ordered this and was ment to be here on Thursday last, it didnt arrive instead i recieved a letter on Saturday saying it will be here in a months time, so will have to wait and see!!0

I've just phoned MW, as i've noticed that lots of people have received there wii fit's and they have later order than me.
The very nice man i spoke to said that nintendo have seriously underestimated the demand for the wii fit and are sending them out in random order. He said that someone could order 2morrow and get lucky and have theirs in 2 days, or they could be like me order on the 8th of jan and have to wait til mid april
.
Oh well just have to start on the all chocolate diet now so its worth havin when it arrives lol

Ordered on Jan 6th, should have been here last Thur. Got a letter saying delayed till 29th Jan.....been on tracking site, and it's on its way!!!!!!
