Grouphug? :rotfl:
Thanks guys lol
I think also the fact I had just spent hours getting to greenwich from croydon in the rush hour, waiting in a queue to be spoken to by a very rude manager for god knows how long telling me my preview had been cancelled, only to be caught in the rush hour traffic going home (left work at 4.30 and got home at seven) I was not in the best of humour last night when I got back so snapped lolNever argue with a fool, they will lower you to their level and then beat you with experience.........!!!:rotfl::T0 -
been registered with seefilmfirst for a while but had nothing through for a good couple of months now. Do I need to re-register?0

That is so frustrating when you travel all that way & then not so much as a sorry- they do usually give free tickets for another film etc.. maybe worth a letter to the cinema...Duct tape is like the force. It has a light side, a dark side, and it holds the world together."

Well yes that is what I thought as happened to a friend of mine a couple of weeks ago, but no the manager was very rude and informed me it was not his problem and no way should he have to give free tickets to people like myself who had not paid in the first place and it was not the cinemas fault it was cancelled, god I was fuming. Talk about bad customer service. I said but your cinema is empty I have seen six people come in in the last half hour and he said so what! I would complain but the Odeon at Greenwich obviously dont care about anyone but themselves.Never argue with a fool, they will lower you to their level and then beat you with experience.........!!!:rotfl::T0 -
I am surprised- I have visited that cinema a few times & they have been more than helpful- I would write to odeons head office... whether paying or not customer service is paramount the manager should lead by example.Duct tape is like the force. I must admit I was pretty shocked too, but did you read the post by sinister nutmeg. Sinister said the usher/manager looked like he wanted a fight lol I don't think it was to do with the cinema, I think it was to do with the staff who were on last night!Never argue with a fool, they will lower you to their level and then beat you with experience.........!!!:rotfl::T0 -
