Get off your high horse please. If you cant say anything nice to me please refraim from speaking to me at all.

I have never asked you for any help. Please dont come on here treating me like I am one of your children. Why do people think they can come on here and tell people off like some kind of school teacher. Who appointed you the role of telling me and cardiff off!

    - No one appointed me the role but I do believe in the forum etiquette. I also did not say anything unpleasant to you. I'm sorry that you found my post offensive it wasn't my intention- just asking you for common courtesy to other posters.

I can assure you my post was not meant to be rude and I find it quite offensive that you felt you had to tell me off on here. If you have a problem with my posts report them to the appropriate person, please dont talk down to me because in my book thats very rude.

Oh and the thanks jules for your kind response, if that was not sarcasm I dont know what is. Please follow your own rules!

so you thanked me for a post & then responsded to it with another, as I said it wasn't my intention to cause offense, just common courtesy- I certainly did not feel that I was 'talking down to you' & I apologise if that is how it came across- I have been a contributor to this thread for a long time & have never caused offence before. so for that I am sorry- I am afraid that your original response to k2001lw, did seem a little blunt (not sarcastic at all) but obviously this was not your intention. lets strike this down to a misunderstanding & move on. I am not a poster who runs to abuse at the slightest thing so it wouldn't enter my mind to report to the appropriate person. as I really didn't see it as a matter that required it.

I have edited my original response as you were quite right it had a sarcastic air that would cause offence to you I have removed the offending opening. I am sorry.

Ok. I thanked you in error instead of quoting you, but cant take it back once its done. I do think there was a misunderstanding as I my post was meant to be cheeky rather than rude. so I am happy to let it drop.

    YOUNG VICTORIA

Very good film overall, quite a history lesson as such.
Political wranglings, underhand dealings and skulduggery both within the government of the day and the royal families involved.
Some humour, good script, well acted.
    Costumes, settings & locations top-notch

Congratulations must go to Sarah Ferguson's (Duchess of York) and Martin Scorsese's teamwork on this one.

Better than expected, far more enjoyable than 2 previous "similar" films I saw, namely "The Duchess" and "Elizabeth - The Golden Age", keeps you engaged with the story without being boring.
    A well deserved 7.5/10
