My Bristol ticket says 8.30pm start too. Ive never been to a screening later than 6.30pm. Some at Showcase start at 7pm but never later.
  • Does anybody know when Tellten send out their ticket confirmation emails?

I have two tickets for Frost/Nixon tonight, but when I received them yesterday I was at a computer that I don't have a printer connected to, and I was unable to save the pop-up window showing the ticket. I still haven't received an email from them so I am starting to get a bit nervous!
  • I've emailed them, I'll let you know if I get a response
Me too :j lets hope we get a quick response.
    Cheers

I've always received my email confirmations pretty much straight away for both SFF and Tellten. I've certainly never had to wait until the next day or anything like that.

I know its short notice but have you tried emailing them?
  • Mine for Cardiff says 8.30 on the actual ticket and 6.30 on the cover page would say that it would be 6.30 as they never usually hold screenings for films at prime time, just a little mistake on there part i would imagine.

If people are unsure then try phoning the cinema to check the time as they should be able to confirm by now... that way you know for sure without assuming.

Yes, I have emailed them, (help@seefilmfirst.com) but I doubt that they will reply so promptly. I cannot find any other way of contacting them. I have only received tickets from Tellten once before, and I remember that they were quite late sending it out that time to, but not this late?! The film starts in about 4 hours!

I dont know what else to suggest, apart from maybe trying another code if you are now able to print your ticket.., you never know you might be lucky and you've got nothing to lose as right now you have no ticket anyway. I hope something works out for you.
