I have a pair of tickets, but can anyone please tell me what the procedure is for redeeming them? I just go to ticket desk and they swap them for proper tickets? I don't need to go anywhere special like customer services or anything? Just don't want to get caught out by the invariably massive queues there!

    Thanks.

You dont need to swap them for tickets, just turn up a bit before the screening, as they dont let you in once its started (my friend turned up very late two weeks and ago and we missed it)! And then go to the desk and they will show you where to go with your ticket. At my cinema you just go through with the printed off ticket, but other cinemas might be a bit different, but you dont need to exchange for a ticket.

At some cinemas you do have to queue up to exchange the printouts for tickets. I had to do this on sunday at our local Picturehouse.

Oh right, sorry I didnt realise that, we have the large multiplexs like 02 and bluewater with lots of screens, and they just let you go straight in. The smaller ones must be different.

Sorry for giving the wrong answer.

I've managed to get some tickets for Ben Button this Sunday at Milton Keynes via Sky perks. They have sent an email confirmation and I've printed it, is that all I need to do - just turn up now? Thanks for help as I've never done this before :)
  • Do remember to print out the attached ticket that came with the Sky Email.

I have had to que for tickets at the picture house & bluewater but only occassionally- I think sometimes it depends on the film distributror. mostly just had to hand in the printout and go straight in.

    Hello ,
On the Times website, my local cinema is listed for the Benjamin Button screening, but when I click through to get tickets, that cinema isn't on the dropdown list.

Is this something that happens from time to time? I've emailed the Times, but haven't had a reply, yet. Just wondered if anyone else has encountered this.

Went to see Frost/Nixon on Sunday and LOVED it, great performances.
