I went to the sky.com website, logged in then clicked on sky perks followed by sky movies HD. This brought up the Last Chance Harvey page. I clicked on "claim your two free tickets now". I entered the email address I have registered with sky and looked for tickets in Glasgow. This showed that there were 44 tickets left for Glasgow and I could have booked two had I wished. I did not need to enter any other password.
Also, try clearing your cache before accessing the sky site or use a different web browser to the one you normally use.
I did exactly what you suggested and it says this on the film page
At the prompt, use the movie password printed in the May/June issue of Sky Movies magazine to claim your tickets (subject to availability). If tickets for your chosen location are no longer available due to popular demand, they often become available again at a later date due to cancellations by customers - so please keep checking!
But I carried on and it still brings you to the same booking page where you are asked for the password. Still the password doesn't work.0 -

My mistake, sorry. And my sky mag has disappeared.Having money won't make me happy but it will help me to be miserable in comfort0 -
My Sky mag for May/June has just arrived and no password in it. This is so frustrating. I am on phone to Sk now and they don't have a clue what I'm talking about!!0

Alongside the MOVIE PASSWORD box it says "What is this"
If you hover your mouse pointer here, you get a Mouseover information box pop up and it says
"The Movie Password is a password unique to each movie. Please log in to My Sky and go to the Perks page and select the Exclusive Screening Preview Perk to find the password before continuing"
Now is that just the advert for the film where is says look in the May/June magazine OR is it somewhere else ?
I've looked and can't find anything else

Normally (and yesterday) the booking password is on the dedicated movie page, yesterday it said the password was CHANCE but although it worked in the morning, any attempts to try this from the afternoon and you got the message ' incorrect booking code' Then it changed to saying the password could be found in mag but it isn't in there. As the lady I spoke to said, the mags are printed months in advance, they couldn't have changed the way you obtain the code so quickly.0

You don't understand. The code that worked perfectly well yesterday morning, stopped working from yest afternoon! Yes the website is rubbish but that isn'tthe point. The point is that there isn't a working password and it isn't in the mag as stated on the sky page. This is mis information from Sky. And not even sky customer service staff know what to tell customers abut this.0 -

Good Luck.0 -
