Free Cinema Tickets - Discussion thread

I saw State of Play last night too. Thought it was really good - I normally hate Russell Crowe and Ben Affleck, but both were brilliant in this film. LOVE Rachel McAdams, this is the second time I've seen her in a film - she was in Redeye - a great performance in that too.

The ending ruined it for me though -I was disappointed in the way it turned out. I won't say anything else because it might spoil it for anyone who wants to see it.

yeah i agree no way was Pitt suited for that role, Crowe deffo did it justice.

I have no complaints, these things happen and they were free tickets after all.
I don't know what went wrong at Hatfield but they offered us the chance to see something else. The one we fancied had already started so we decided to go out elsewhere and enjoy the beautiful spring evening. I just wondered whether this was a regular occurance as I've never had free tickets before. It won't put me off though.

Has happened before that a film has not been shown at the cinema that was on the ticket from seefilmfirst, but from reading the other threads this is not usual. Sorry you didn't get to see it magic57

Wanted to ask someone, I have tickets for Star Trek, but the printout just says Star Trek, is that correct, thought it would have the episode name in the title too?

I think its just called Star Trek as its a prequel isn't it?

Yeah i agree but what gets even more annoying is having to keep logging on to see this garbage and then other people justifying them, this is the point when everyone will just think well we won't bother posting the codes on this website we'll just do it on another one instead. It's just a matter of a minority of people spoiling it for the majority of mse abiding patrons.

Got to say I agree too, for some reason there seems to be a few brainless retards who are unable to understand when it clearly states "Codes Only" and "No Discussion" that it means posts are to be made only to pass on a new code. Why some people fail to be able to understand such basic english is beyond me
IMO it would help if a poster who was guilty of "discussion" was warned the first time and then had posting rights removed if they posted a second time
Perhaps it would help if the discussion thread was also made into a "sticky" so that it didn't move too far down this section, thus making sure that people are aware that this thread exists for discussing the codes only thread

Technically but they did have names such as Star Trek Nemisis, Star Trek Search for Spock etc.

This one is definately just Star Trek rather than Star Trek the Motion Picture like the first movie

ahhhhhhh this is the 3 time in 24 hours i logged on to check free tickets but all it is is people saying do not chat in the code thread then someone else justifying why they are doing it, are they all completely thick! if someone posts a question someone just pm them helping them if poss and asking them to delete there post, dont bloody write back on that thread because your just as bad as them and as for the person saying people pay 10p for update and will get mad, well im sure they will get mad reading your essay as they would have had to pay 10p for that ...hypocrite!

sorry for the rant ,i just dont get why people think by telling people what not to chat they avoid the no chat rule when all it takes is a simple pm :S

on the other hand i went to see fast and furious last week and i thought it was good but not as good as the others as there was more action than cars/races but hey still worth it on orange 2-1 only paid 2.80 ish each as i am a student
