Hope someone can help me with this. Yesterday I joined a couple of these free cinema ticket websites and today received an email from Film Factory saying I'd won 4 tickets for the Hannah Montana film on Sunday (which I had registered for).

My problem is that this email has no code or anything on it - it simply says the tickets will be "held at the Box Office under your name". The email doesn't refer to me by name or my username unlike yesterday's registration email, has several errors and has a different "feel" to it:confused:!

Am I being paranoid :o? Is this how Film Factory tickets are usually collected? I don't want us all to troop along to the cinema only to find it's some sort of fake email!!

    Thanks in advance!

Code is MONTANA and screening is next Sunday, 26th April. I think you can apply for up to 4 tickets but I'm having difficulty accessing myself so could someone kindly post the list of cinemas. Thanks

Is this only available to those who subsribe to a Sky package?

I would ring the cinema to see if the tickets are held there in your name. It is probably fine, but the children would be so disappointed if there was any problem.

Hi, I just phoned the cinema who have confirmed the tickets are there waiting for us - a great relief! It probably sounds obvious just to phone up and check but I really hate talking on the phone - I've had so many obstructive telephone operators over the years & I often get tied up in knots :o but this girl was really nice & helpful.

I am glad that everything is ok and hope you enjoy the film. I have a friend who is really sweet, but she, like you hates dealing with matters over the phone-as she has been unlucky enough to have to deal with some awful call centre staff recently. It is nice to hear that you got someone helpful.

To 5limJim who just accused me of chatting on the codes thread: You've got to be kidding me - that wasn't chat that was valuable information telling people it was definitely nationwide as I checked it out! AND I gave people the link to the store locator so maybe next time you can pick on someone else!
