It does look very nice, but on practical level I don't think its for me......oh and the small issue of £4.5million somewhat decides it for me:D0

It's a "yuk" from me I'm afraid...0

I'm in the first camp, I think it's gorgeous. I'd love to live in a Christopher Wren designed tower.
But I also think that even in an active market, this could be quite a hard one to sell, because it's so unusual. And I think there is a fairly small pool of potential purchasers (esp. at that price!)
What do you think?

If I had the money, I believe I'd buy it in a heartbeat. It looks amazing.
But yeah, it is expensive and quirky. The latter part is exactly why I like it myself, but it won't appeal to everyone. If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything0 -
Outside is a little off putting - nice to look at but not entirely sure i would want to walk up to the front door after a hard days work. Dont ask me why, i just would. However i would like the fact my home was built in 1704 and designed by Christopher Wren. A good dinner party talking point lol.
Inside is an entirely different kettle of fish - stunning and exactly how i would want to live.
A bit of both really in the end. To cap it all though if i had £4.5 million i would probably spend it on something else.0 -
Amazing property, a bit steep for a 3 bed house though, if they could knock 4 mil off I might be interested.0

What was the graffiti they highlighted on some of the stonework?Illegitimi non carborundum.0

I think a realistic price is probably around £1 million less - it is, after all, being marketed by Foxtons

Not for me i'am afraid. I don't see any outside space on the pics, for 4.5mil I would want a bit more space outside. Also too many stairs, maybe they should have installed a lift.
