Unenforceable Credit Agreements

why do you think they take a large up front fee, and then a large % of the winnings?
The large upfront fee ensures they make money whether they win or lose. Then they encourage you to pay with a credit card you probably have a large balance on already, and then when you win, the large % will still leave you with some debt.
Seems all a bit unethical to me. You borrowed the money, now pay it back!0 -
Hi
I have got some items getting investigated by Cartel, and one of them is a loan, and it is getting looked into at the moment, the lender released my papers well within the 42 day limit, so fingers crossed. And to anyone who disagrees with my 'ethics', just a wee word..... I bought 3 endowments way back in the good old 80's, and should have had my mortgage paid off. They are worthless, even with the compensation given. So ask me again about if I feel guilty if I get my mortgage paid off and loan??? NOT A SINGLE BIT! What goes around comes around, the Banks etc, have had the good times, and due to a few idiots, their situations at the moment are due to human error. A certain banker was jailed not so many years ago for what has appeared to be accepted normal practice of recent.0 -

Well with such a compelling and well researched argument I doubt that you will get anyone on here even thinking about crossing paths with you. :T0 -

So am I to understand that you have outstanding credit cards debts and rather than pay off what you owe you want an easy way to avoid your rightful debts?0

This is one of the reasons everyone else has to pay extortionate interest, because of people who were quite happy to spend the credit then look for any loophole they can find to worm out of paying it back. The easier way to wipe out you credit card debt is to take responsibility for your debts and pay back the money you owe.0
