    To all those yet to go to court for their BR, dont worry about it, its a reasonably straightforward process. I dont want to make it sound as if it was a doddle, i know it isnt but considering what we've all been through so far, its the end of one chapter and the beginning of another

    Tis true.....one you've gone through the court & the OR meet its all a bit of an anti climax...

    I went bankrupt today (18/02) at 12:50, I phoned up thecourts last week and they said the next appointment was April 8th! I asked if there was any chance for this week as I am off work and she said ok to today! Please add me to the list. THis is my second time :eek: , very little personal debt but house is in huge negative equity now and about to be repossessed as it won't sell :(. Never thought I would have to do this again!
