Hi everyone, welcome to the February 2009
Bankruptcy Club.

This club is for everyone who has gone through the process of Bankruptcy during February 2009. So please feel free to join and post.

Pop your name on here, the date that you went/are going Bankrupt and the stage that you are at in your Bankruptcy. And then just keep everyone in the club updated throughout the next year about your journey through Bankruptcy. That way we can all stick together and compare notes and we will be there to support each other throughout the different stages in our Bankruptcy.

Remember this is your board so keep posting.

Obviously anyone can come on here and post anything that will help us all and you are all welcome. Any important questions that do need answering are maybe still better posted on the main board but if you do put it on here, then maybe we can help each other.

Hopefully it will be an extra place for friendship and support as we compare notes and discuss what is happening with our Bankruptcies.

Have noticed a few people popping up who are going BR in February - so here you are if you are interested.

depending on how it goes for February and March will decide if more months are to follow. December and January have been a really good success so I hope that others will get some benefit from the February and March ones.

Hi Donna, my court date is 18th February. Am still slowly going through the forms,have discovered a few sections that I need to do more work on, which is a pain, cos i thought I was nearly done and am doing daily calculations about how long it will take to get the fees together.:T

Hi haley, have added you on and started the list going.

the forms are a total nightmare! I know what you mean about doing the sums too! i had the money put aside safely in an account that was not linked to any bank that i owed money too - but i still checked it every day to make sure it was still there! :rolleyes: and it was of course! doesn't stop you worry tho.
