We had our date on 5th Feb. What a breeze. Judge didn't want to see us and spoke to a really nice OR at another court on the phone who told us we could just use our cop-op account we had set up. Told us we were now under the protection of the crown. Made me think that there would be the guards outside our house with bearskins on their head! Funny.

Very glad it's over, just got the OR stuff now.

I too will be declaring myself bankrupt during February, cant wait for a weight to be lifted from my shoulders but i am really nervous about the OR and losing my car :-(
