No you can't claim Advantage Gold charges. It's explained here:

So Ive actually been paying £13 a month for my account. I was honestly unaware I was. What the hell did I get for my £13 cos I dont appear to have gotten anything?? Think I might still even be paying it now. How the hell do I cancel it???

Travel Insurance, Green Flag roadside recovery, Mobile phone insurance, 10k accidental death coverage, and about 20 other benefits. For example, discounts at the moment on Kwik Fit Service & MOT (20%). There was an offer on with regards to Sky and BT broadband last year. There are various different ones. It may or may not benefit you. If you are incurring lots of charges and money is tight then it may well mean that it either (a) could have benefitted you but you were unaware of how it did benefit you OR (b) the amount going out was making your situation worse. I have seen both sides of the equation.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009

Policy admin Services is Mobile phone insurance which you probably got a 3 month free or something when taking out a phone contract and have never cancelled it.

No. Why should you? You agreed to it and no doubt would have claimed had the need arisen.

No, But you should cancel it if you no longer require it. If you do need mobile insurance then might be worth looking at Natwest Adgold account as mobile insurance is included.

policy admin services is a phones4u insurance policy, i used to work there so have dealt with many people asking the same question. there's no way of claiming it back unless you can prove you didnt agree to it, which i very much doubt you would be able to do as head office can bring up the scanned documentation in seconds to prove you signed a contract agreeing you wanted the insurance i'm afraid! you can however cancel it at any time.
