Banks opening hours

I think i must be pretty fortunate, my local LLoyds Tsb is open till 4 on Saturdays. It used to be open Sundays too till just before christmas. However, it is smack bang in the middle of a large shopping complex so they must get rather a lot of customers popping in on a Saturday afternoon, cause whenever i go its packed.

Noticed the HSBC branch in Chinatown was open on Sunday.

I have the same problem.

I moved from sunny Stoke on Trent 3 years ago to Livingston in Scotland & have a Natwest bank account at Stoke branch. My boyfriend has moved in with me & we wish to get a mortgage together. I am trying to put his name on my bank account. I have called the call centre - "Sorry you need to go into your branch"

My Branch is 300 miles away but the nearest branch is Edinburgh which is a good half hour train journey!

My mum is having to go into the Stoke on Trent branch, pick up a form, send it to me in Scotland, for my boyfrined to fill in for us to take back to the Stoke on Trent branch when we are visiting on 10 Feb.

Now if my mum can send me a form then surely you'd think that the call centre could send me one!! Is that too much to ask?
