hi, haven't sopken to the OR office yet, the clerk from the court said she would call later to tell me the judge had signed everything off so I will ask her then about the OR. :eek: i am not avoiding the OR, really!

Ok have finally had the call today from the courts confirming that the judge has seen and passed my BR order, goody! I haven't dared call any creditors to tell them to bog off and give them my BR number. Now I can! :T

:eek: but in the next breath she said the OR will contact me in 72 hours! :eek:

Thank Goodness it's official at last ............

Don't get me going about the OR call - mine is drawing closer......

I know I am so glad it is official! I was more stressed than I realised about it. Not good!

Have you got an actual date for your OR interview as yet? Did I miss that?

No - it's a bit like the land that Mrs Shrek came from - far,far,away!!!!

The bod on the phone this week said to expect a call in "about a weeks time" to tell me if and when the interview would take place.....

They sounded very busy!

If only it could stay far far away! not to have it at all would be nice but unlikely!

On another note, I have been checking the insolvency site to see if my name has popped up. Does anyone know when your name appears or is it not until after you have had your OR interview?

depends how busy the OR office is....soon as they get your paperwork & BO from court they'll input onto the insolvency site...mine came on a couple of hours after i'd been to court

Thanks Phil, not that I am ecstatic about having my name searchable but just wondered when it becomes available to the public so to speak! my maiden name is a bit unusual so anyone searching on the off chance would probably find me.

Hey that must be a sort of Relief DON.

Hope the OR goes ok. I dont think I will bother to look my name up to be honest.
