    Donna,

Congrats and you are so brave to have gone to Court etc alone without OH.

Looks like we have no option but BR - One minute Im confident and then I'm not....This is not about me though so just wanted to say well done again...

Are you staying in your house or are you renting already - sorry if this isnt too personal a question.

    Hi Donna,
Honestly, I turn my back for a couple of weeks and you turn into a daisy? Where's all the magnificent malevolence gone? Where's the pointy hat? Very glad it went ok. Have PM-ed you re the dog.

Hi everyone, I kinda had a feeling it was a bit too easy and the bubble might burst.

I have just had a call from the court saying the judge could not pass the order because there is apparently a part of the form that has not been completed or something. So now I have to go back to the courts on monday to complete whatever this part is and swear the oath again. and the forms were checked over at the court by welfare rights who thought they were fine and the admin clerk checked them over too! Am I being overly paranoid??

And now I am panicking a little! because what if they want me back to go before the judge! and what if they won't put it through!

    Help!

Breathe!!!! If there was something that meant that even when you come in they won't be able to pass it, they would have said something. It must be a small part of the form that they need you to complete and then it's done and dusted. Honestly, if it was more than that they would have told you.

I hope you can relax a bit over the weekend :grouphug:

    PART TWO!

Hi everyone, have been to the court today for the second time - this time with the kids in tow!

Anyway - its sort of a 50/50 mix up between me and the welfare rights man and the BR clerk.

I had put down that I paid a mortgage but I had not put down who the mortgage was with so that the OR knows who holds the security over the property and how much was outstanding on the mortgage at the moment. Then I had to sign the form again and swear the oath again.

So it wasn't so bad and I did panic a bit for nothing! :o

thank you everyone - you are all brilliant! :T

That's great Donna - so it was just a bit of an admin glitch - thank heavens.

Have you spoken to the OR office yet?
