Need recommendation please - data minutes needed on cashback deal

Hi! I'd like to get a bluetooth mobile on a cashback deal that I can use with my bluetooth iPAQ to access the web.

I am new to this so don't know if data minutes are included in the free minutes.

There's a good 10 month free deal here
