Just before I'm off to bed i have sent Andrea a message about getting an official statement from Boots as to what will be happening with regards to the sale etc. so will keep you all updated with that and time for a new thread tomorrow i think lol

That's fantastic CPG!!! So many people seem to be getting differing messages from CS: Yes, the sale's going back on today/this afternoon/tonight or No it's not going back on, or It'll go on when it's 90% .

So unfair with people's emotions. Let's hope Martin can give them What For!!

Mr B needs to employ the MSE web team they say 2 hours but are done in 20 minutes, lol.

All my items in my faves have suddenly gone OOS. But only the No7 and S&G.

Mr b has had more money out of me in the last 3 months than he has in the last 3 years. I just totalled it all up. This thread really is addictive.

For Leicester bootsers - there's not much left from the sale in the City Centre store - Royal Jelly, Ocean spa, xmas cards and wrap, some Hackett, Gillette but that's about it. This was on Thursday though so may not even be that much left now!

Oh, lots of Simpsons sets too!

Lots of reduced no7 to spend the blinkies on tho...first SA i went to said no as it was reduced and couldnt use them but the one next to her went and asked the no 7 girls and they said yes...and the 250pts worked as well. got loads as i bought them 342 and used staff discount as well as blinkie...was only paying a couple of quid for every 3 items...bargain!!

Me too. Instead of counting sheep, I tried working out what £x at 90% discount, less the VAT diference, less my over 60s discount would be - in my head! :cool:

Then I had to get up to check it was right with the calculator!! Sad ol' gel I am!

For those over 60s ................... if goods are marked at £10 full price, before the VAT reduction, they would have cost £2.20 in the 75% sale. Then divide by 5, and multiply by 2, which gives you 88p. :T

Do you think they will have items in the sale at a boots in an airport?
I know i can still use my AC card but can i also use my blinkies and pts coupons too?
