Hi, just a quick question to those who brought the iggle piggle trike, how much have you been charged? cuz l just checked my account and it was only reduced by 50% not 75%. is that what everyone else has paid??
l assumed it would go down to 75%.....

i didn't get the iggle piggle trike but the winnie the pooh one and that was 75% off got it for £9.79

I placed an order but didn't realise when i sumitted it that the prices had gone back up to full price.
So i got my husband to call up today & they said they won't honor the sale price :(
I'm gutted, i only had 5 items but they were things the kids really wanted
Tried to cancel the order but they said its gone too far (processing) & they can't cancel it.
So when it comes i'm gonna have to send it all back again, or just refuse delivery.
I'm not paying full price for items that were 75% off.
    Im so not happy.

I think you could refuse delivery to avoid hassle. Or, since the order is already on its way, you could do two things when it arrives: first, call CS again. You often will get a different response from a different person. If they still say they won't refund you the difference in what you paid and the sale price, I would take it all with the invoice and a printout from either your email or your order history online showing what you paid and the date you ordered and go to a store (or two if need be) and see if they would refund you the price then re-sell it to you at the sale price. I would reckon there is a decent chance this would work. Not a good enough chance that I will order anything at full price and hope to get the refund, but good enough that it's worth trying if the goods are already on the way. Good luck!

I called CS today and asked if they would let me order sale items over the phone and adjust it to 75% off. They can't. I knew it was a long-shot, but gave it a go as there were a few more things I wanted. Also, she said they don't know when the sale will be back online, but are still working on it. Basically they want to try and make sure the system can handle it before they put it back in action, which makes sense.

    HI All

What a nightmare this sale has been! Managed to get lots in Maidenhead as the whole top floor was dedicated to the 75% off sale...not sure if it has been made a clearance store?

Placed an order online and it didn't go through properly so I am not getting any of it. After speaking to a very nice lady at Boos CS they have credited my AC with 1000 points. Keep perservering.....worth it in the end....

Well they could ask for test volunteers here...I'm sure 100 or so of us could test it to destruction, lol!
