a few years ago i thought only posh people with money bought and wore the no7 range i only had a few bits of the 17 and the NC cheap range, now my bedroom has a draw full of clinique and no7. it hasn't cost me a bomb either pinkies, spits blueys, blinkys, donkeys etc free points for this that and them over there lol. I have given so much away its ridiculous but looking at it now does it mean i am posh and have money? - oh how wrong was i to judge the powers of mr.b back then !!
i imagine that fragrance vouchers will be back after these as there are alot of perfumes bulging in the cupboards. I was told that the perfume gifts sets won't be reduced until after mothers day ( can see someone rifling their diary for the dates...........lolol)coupon over here, coupon over there, every crack filled with coupons even down there(meaning under the buggy lol):D0 -
Seems to be quite a few giftsets **MIA** that were there the day before the sale, but come wednesday morning...have done a disappearing act:rolleyes:
I did wonder (Sarahs comment about mothers day:D ) if they've been set aside for Valentines & Mothers day, like some of the S & G sets were last year.
Anyone else noticed that?Autism Mum Survival Kit: Duct tape, Polyfilla, WD40, Batteries (lots of),various chargers, vats of coffee, bacon & wine.0 -
snipped...
What a brilliant money saving idea to wrap your pressies now! Think will do this (wont be tempted to use them then!)and store in a big sealed box.:T
I do this every year..the only way to stop myself dipping into it:rolleyes: I also found it useful to put a list of 'what i'd bought for whom' to remind myself throughout the coming year a i add other items to the stash.

Hi Kokey,
So glad you managed to get your Sanctuary stuff. Glad I posted yesterday! :T
Where did you pay for your goodies to find the nice SA? I find they are not as nice on the main tills, maybe they because they are busier but the medicine counter has lovely SA's. Well done you getting all those blinkies! I only got 2, one for my big sale transaction at the No7 counter and then another for pharmacy products at that counter.
Did you have a peek at Guildford store? Wondering if it is worth a look?
yep thanks for saying about camberley store - convinced me it was worth a trip today! I paid at the main tills but waited till the queue had died down - was fairly quiet in there today and very civilised in the sale bit, no shoving!
haven't been to guildford but I think broclo said in a post earlier today that they had lots of sale stuff.0 -
well my full price order of £175.10 is now being shown as "being processed" so better than the other that was cancelled. has anybody else had cancelled orders and reordered at full price with the promise of a "refund"?

When I asked her what she could remember seeing, she said "Lots of gift sets and vanity case thingies" but was vague as to their colour.
If anyone is thinking of making a special journey, it might be an idea to telephone first.

Think most of the stuff went early (toys certainly did - missed out there!) THe staff were restocking the shelves as far as they were emptied. Pleased I got a few christmas pressies (have wrapped them already)and bday pressies and some bits and bobs for me! Hope you find something decent x
Wow! Talk about organised!!! My stash is still in the boot of the car - no idea where I'm going to store it all. OH may just flip - I don't think they understand this Bootsing/sales malarkey really, do they (bless!)?! Will have to explain I've got pressies for people he should be buying for, for Xmas 2009 and hope he appreciates my efforts.
