If I understand what Broclo is saying, the reason for the cancelled orders seems to be that payments haven't gone through properly, at the time of ordering? (due to the site problems, no doubt) That's what I understand anyway - sorry if I'm wrong.

So that would mean having to do the payment again - but because they've suspended the .com sale, the payment would have to be at full price - then presumable they're refunding 75% as they're honouring the sale price as the order was actually placed whilst the online sale was still in progress....

Once you select the shade you need and add the mineral blusher to your basket, the free gwp gets added too.
Have just checked and it showed in my basket.
But if you have a £5 off blinkey and buy instore, the two items will cost you just £3.56. HTH.

I would do the order via a cashback site then... at least you should get the cashback on the pre-sales price which will help ease the aggro!!

Thanks, sorry i hadnt read that bit. Now i understand. I paid via paypal so hopefully should be ok as one order shows as paypal pending and the other order was pending now claimed/paid.


EDIT: Just received 2nd email for 2nd order to say paypal payment has been claimed by Boots, so it looks like both orders are on their way to me.

Not reallt worth the trip -this morning there was loads of crackers, gift wrap, cocktail glasses and a few Baileys Chocolate Fountains but that was it. Didn't manage to get up there yesterday but they were in the process of dismantling the empty 75% off shelves of which there were many.

Really there was nothing left at all? want a chocolate fountain though, there were no smelly gift sets left? How could it have all gone so quickly? thank you xx

can anybody tell me if no 7 do individual eyeshadows and do they do a turquoise colour as i want to buy my friend one with my voucher to cheer her up as shes been through a lot lately i dont mind putting money towards it just need the that colour but if no 7 dont do that colour do anybody know of a brand that does

I made an order for approx 30 items at 3:30am and paid via visa debit

I also placed a following order of 5 items at 5:00am ish - I paid this time via paypal.

Both these orders have been confirmed today as having been dispatched and will arrive on monday.

Both orders are showing in my order history online when I sign in to my account.

Sorry to hear others are having so many problems - i really hope everything sorts itself out for you all.
