spent around £50 got 10 blinkies

got 2 x file and buffer compacts,(free) 2 x glisten gloss (free)tinted pencil lips and cheeks(free) rainbow palette (free) 3x nail polish (£1.00) wipes (1.36) mineral blusher and gwp (3.56) night time mini colour compact (free)
and olay gwp whoo hoo !!!!!!!

I'm so upset and disappointed - just got an email to say my order has been cancelled. I waited up the whole night and got my order in just after 3.30am.

All items ordered were toys for my sons/friends/families birthdays this year and as we are on an extremely tight budget would have been ideal.

i was one of the few who sat up all night waiting for the sale and after 6/7 nights it finally came and the site f*ck*d up . didnt get anything
went to store nothing left of what i wanted by 10am no no7 gift sets no soap and glory no elle Nothing
been waiting all day for the site , phoned cs they said i can order on phone but FULL price not 75% off :@
so bludy not fair i got absoloutly f all .. site crashed and instore the people had bought in trolleys from god knows where and took everything (this was in woking)
had saved my points to spend on no7 pnp set and got nothing !:(

n now im gona log off and the site will probably be ok as soon as i go grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

well dh managed to get through to boots.com, basically i have had to replace the order at full cost, when i have recieved it they will refund me the 75% difference, i have just had to phone my mum as i do not have enough on my card to cover it, so they better refund and not cancel the order again.

If they are letting you have your order at 75% off once you receive it why they are cancelling it?? :mad: Cant be because lack of stock if the items are in stock to buy at full price :rolleyes:
