Hi girls. Hope everyone got what they wanted in the sale after all the difficulties?

Just heard that Boots and Estee Lauder are running another promotion in store called THE TOP TEN TIPS EVENT. Visit any Estee Lauder counter in Boots between 19th Jan and 1st Feb to discover the latest make-up tricks etc. Call at your nearest Estee Lauder to book an appointment and receive a complimentary duo of deluxe mascara and advanced night repair samples following your consultation. One set of samples per customer whilst stocks last.

Had a quick look on the thread to see if anyone else has posted but couldn't see anything. Apologies if it has been mentioned. HTH. x

The order I put through on my nans account that I didnt get an email confirming has changed from 'order received' to 'we are processing your order' is that a good sign we will get it? x

mine went from order received to 'processed' and it has now been dispatched, so fingers crossed for you.

hope so because that what it says on mine too, I put my order in about 4pm yesterday, due for delivery the 20th, fingers crossed! had email confirmation last night.

Hey ikkle87, the tiny order I managed to squeek through just before you did (also no confirmation email) on nDH's account has changed too - hope this is a good sign!

They had the purple Ted Baker suitcases in Piccadilly yesterday and they had the P+P sets in Peckham, which is not in 'central' london but close enough.(12 bus from Oxford Circus or Haymarket!)

Didnt buy any xmas paper in the 75% off sale. It usually goes in the 90% off sale! No point being hung with rolls of paper etc when there are other bargains to be had!;) What a brilliant money saving idea to wrap your pressies now! Think will do this (wont be tempted to use them then!)and store in a big sealed box.:T

Paid for all my goodies via points all 44 quids worth:eek: Why do I hate spending my points lol? thats what I save them up for! Only got 6 quid on my card now:o

Yes - went to my local, shelves were bare except for a few mugs and cards - but overheard one of the staff (wearing black, so maybe a supervisor?) talking to someone who may have been her husband. She was saying '... and then I got 12 of something and a full tray of the something sets' (couldn't hear which sets) and then she said 'Bring the car round to the back door and I'll help you load up'!! My guess is ebay, or maybe she has a thriving sideline in supplying all her friends and neighbours!

Nothing worth having left at Chelmer Village Retail Park today as sale shelves pretty much have been cleared out :eek: . Yesterday there was a fair bit of stock (but no elusive P & P sets or S & G) - Hi to the lovely lady with the hat on who was there with her little girl in the trolly yesterday morning :hello: We had a quick chat about the sale. I'm sure you read this thread

SARAHSKINT - were you loading up your children into a big car at the retail park this morning?! :cool:

Lots of OOTW St Tropez sets, couple of OOTW No 7 cosmetic cases and some other good stuff at Bishop's Stortford for those interested but going fast. The SA's at that store are particularly fabulous :T !

Nothing left in Saffron Walden apart from the usual hair sets etc. HTH. x
