This (or something like it) happens every time they have a sale. It's feeble beyond words. As I said when the system woudln't let us pay in the 50% sale 'why, when I said Never Again last year, did I not listen?'

I've thought about this too, how can their online system suck so badly? It's insane. Sites like Tesco, Sainsbury, Amazon all let you amend and cancel orders, so why can't Boots? It's not some small little company after all.

found the best bargains in the smallest boots ever, still had loads left. People at work couldnt believe it, upset one woman when i told her id seen a set of 3 plush 'in the night garden' toys for about £3ish and she paid £15 a few wks ago. Went to a bigger boots on way home, picked up a few bits and the woman gave me 2 blinkies for a £6 spend was a bit of a traitor and went into 'the other high street chemist' and picked up loads of little bits for 10p & 50p to put into hampers
now have 3 blinkies and no idea what to do with them.

Im so glad my order says processing, since I stayed up until early hrs and didnt have much sleep. Feel Sorry for people that didnt get their stuff, cos we were all up at the same time.
