Lol, I know what you mean. Im in BSE, but there is an Ipswich lady that posts on here and Im sure she said there were some there. They are the mauve hexaganol (ish)shaped ones with a label on the top saying that they are worth £35 (I would dispute that tho , lol ), and are scanning free, but most people are buying Olay wipes to hide it.

Did my first bit of bootsing today!!
Anyhow... this morning, was up 6.30am... didnt get my order to go through on net till 9am so was running late to get to metro centre....
Spent £50 online and got all that i wanted in that lot ( used £5 off code and 500points code)
... then made my way to metro centre, got there for but 10.15... n it was chocka.... got 3 lots of stuff from sale bit (john frieda set, manicure set and eyeshadow set) then my way to look around.... spotted the GWP.
Put two of these in my basket ( the white bag loreal one and the black box loreal one). Went to SS checkout n did these myself... total £6 and went through fine (i felt so naughty!!).
Went and had a look upstairs, spied the No 7 clearance stuff, picked up a no 7 hair sun spritz thing and got that for free with the no 7 voucher.
Had a voucher for extra 200 points when spend £25 or more. Was needing to buy an electric toothbrush for the bf's b-day on valentines day. i got him a philips sonicare one marked half price down to £24.47 and grabbed a bottle of water to make it over £25 so got points there and another voucher.
Made my way then to the Tean Valley store (not much stock left there folks), got a brain workout thing, sports quiz thing and a fcuk gift set (£6 in total), got another voucher, spotted the no 7 clearance and got some gradual tanner x 2 with my two vouchers.
Feel i have done quite well today, just don't like having to battle with the crowds.... i am tempted to go n nip over sunderland though n c wot they have left there....
...and that was my first bootsing trip being sneaky with the ss tills and points!

P.s Also managed to get the P&P Set online, and the S&G Glam Slam....which is what I really wanted!!
So that's where they went to when they escaped from my online basket :rotfl: I'm glad they've gone to a good home.
I woke about four a.m. this morning and looked on the off chance and I've never had so many generic errors in my life!! I ended up using a 4th browser and clearing everything - lost my basket.... but had the stuff I really wanted on favourites so managed to rescue a couple of things.0 -
I’ve done all 4 stores in Newcastle this morning. I went to Haymarket first and they had a few things but nowt I wanted. I got to the big Eldon Sq store at 8.45am and there were a dozen or so shoppers there already, but there was loads of stuff on the shelves. SAs were lovely and were handing out blue shopping bags to put goodies in. I filled 2 bags with smellies/make-up, also picked up one of the no7 clearance Protect & Perfect pre holiday serum (free with blinkie) and then went downstairs to the gifts/toys and picked up a Baileys gift set for £3. When I came back up 15 mins later I was shocked to see it was packed and half the shelves empty already!
I spent £42 in total minus blinkie = £37 I used a voucher for 300 points for a £35 spend and got a blinkie back too.
I went down to Monument branch but they had naff all so I wandered down to Newgate St and they had a small but nice selection of things that weren’t in the large store (I spied one coin sorter there but didnt buy it) so I spent my points on 3 more sets. I had to stop then cos I literally couldn’t carry another thing!!
Anyway, just wanted to say thanks to all of the lovely MSE’ers for keeping us all up to speed with all things Boots. I had a great time shopping and will definitely do it again next year!0
