Just wanted to say - was getting nowhere on AOL so tried firefox and that seemed to go through much faster (well, it let me log in which AOL would not do!).

Checked in my order history and delighted to see order had processed at 6.09am. I thought that it had not worked as I entered my card details, then got the hourglass times thingie for ages "waiting for boots.com" then the site froze. Seems I have been lucky and it snuck through. Order was for various toys that are still all in stock when I just checked again. Keeping it crossed for you all. If no-one can get orders through then it can't all go out of stock.

I was getting generic error and could not sort it. Ended up logging on with my DP's details and registering his advantage card as not to loose points.

Happy shopping to all those off to a store. With a 3 year old and 10 month old I am just not going there lol!

Remember you can order Boots product through the till, so even if your store is small it should be able to get in for you. So, if you know the product code a sales assistant can order it through the till, if you don't know it look on Boots.Com, call customer services or get a sales assistant to do it for you!

oh thank god at last!!! order finally went through just now, after multiple errors, having to register several accounts as each one was destroyed by the minus stock figure happening, etc etc. been on since 2.50am oh well can go to bed now.... on no wait a minute, DS will be up in 15 mins. boo hiss.

in the end so didnt want to give boots any money as was so cross and disappointed (yes like others nearly everything i wanted went out of stock) but then thought I have to have something to show for all these interupted nights other than bags under my eyes!

am soooooo looking forward to sleep tonight!

oh my goodness,this is driving me crazy, after trying for 3/4 hr to get a connection (another story, but me and the virgin engineer are on first name terms......), I had everything ready to checkout, now keep getting generic error and timing out, now I can't log in!, I have cleared cookies, my mind, the coffee jar....., I'm hoping now that they have stuff left in the store

I have been trying on and off since 4am this morning (was up with baby anyway) and have managed to get to payment stage 4 times, even entering my security number but each time am STILL getting generic error :mad: :mad: . I have checked my order history and there is nothing there for this morning, also when i place an order and it goes through it normally clears my basket and everything is still there making me think that it has not gone through? Think I will give up now and try instore later!
