all my items are in my basket with prices etc but when i checkout i get the generic error message, if I log back in my items are still there. can anyone tell me will i be able to get to checkout eventually or will they just disappear from my basket at some stage???

After losing everything in my basket due to generic error, I logged into my account, refilled my basket, then when it went to error and I went back onto site, my basket of goodies were still there. Just trying to checkout, but soooo slow

Having looked on the Boots website, there isn't actually anything I would want anyway!

It won't let me add anything now to my basket, have tried shampoo etc. I've given up for now, I still have everything I want in my basket (toys for b'days etc) so I will hide my virtual basket in a virtual corner with a virtual coat over it and come back later

Its died, 2 items have dissapeared in the last 2 mins out of my basket and it will not let me do anything now, cant even log out and in again grrrrrr!!:mad:

Morning Girls!

I am specifically up early and saw hubby off to work an hour ago for this - think I nearly gave him aheart attack when I emerged in the kitchen all sparky bright eyed!!
I am having no problems getting on the website and its not even slow, my problem is everything I select - Ruby n Milne complete cosmetic from £35 to £5!!! I cant get in my basket as it says it cant currently order it...? Off to my local big boots for 9am!

I give up, my baskets gone from over £100 to less than £30 and its taking too long to try and find other things to take it back to free delivery. I'm on my way to Market st instead to spend my points, according to the site its open at 8. Fingers (toes and everything else inbetween) crossed they've got what I want and everyone else gets what their looking for.
