Looks like the world and his wife (and the goldfish) are trying to get on to on their website. Totally had enough of "waiting for www.boots.com" -so going back to bed for an hour before the kids get up. Will try and order later and if what I wanted has gone then it wasn't meant to be!!! There is always the summer sale....................................anyone know the date?!?........PMSL (TAXI ............!!) :rotfl:

Went away, had a cup of tea - got back in, got through basket and to checkout and now it's just hanging again!

Totally ridiculous. I'm so angry now I probably won't sleep anyway! Not the best mood to start the day when seriously sleep deprived (all for nothing). I can't get to a store so this was my only chance. :mad:

i was so close earlier, had picked my day and time etc, clicked place order then nothing, this was at 430. getting bored now as cant even get on main page let alone basket. nearest boots is 30 mins away but dont know if worth the journey and expensive parking (and stuggling with a 2 year old) incase they dont have what i want. quite a small compare to what i was use to in london

I think we just need to all get this into perspective, which is hard with lack of sleep and spending delirium, lol! Just like in a shop where staff physically has to remove old stock and promotions to make room for the new sale, this has to happen online. Generally, these happen in stages at the early hours of the morning when the least amount of people are known to be shopping! This is why some of us have been able to put things in our basket at new sale price, why others haven't, come the start of the working day everyone SHOULD be able to shop as normal! PATIENCE PEOPLE!
