agreed! been up for hours now and could cry!

have now found that if something goes into a minus figure on the stock levels it destroys any chance you have of ever getting an order through. nothing but error messages no matter what i try. just keeps saying it cant process it cos there is a minus figure - well you bloody put it there mr boots not me!!!!

Before the website was updated to it's new look it just used to remove items that were no longer in stock from your basket and put a message at the top of the basket screen..much better as it didn't stop the basket and checkout from working.

order placed (after only 40 mins on site), only wanted a few toys for my sons birthday in November.

I've tried used Firefox, IE, and Opera tonight and they are all having the same issues so I don't think it makes much difference which you use. It seems if you manage to get an order through you were just lucky enough to be in the right bit of cyberspace at the right time!

This is driving me nuts lol!! Got as far as entering payment details - no idea if info sent, then site totally froze. Now can't log in at all. Mainly after presents for childrens birthdays, party presents, nieces stuff etc etc. Not the end of the world if it does not go through - but some great prices on toys! (SADLY Mr B did not reduce the smart cycle down to £25 - now come on Mr B! Thats what I really wanted you to do!!). Would not be doing this but been up since 4am care of my little mans teething bless him. Good luck all!!!

I see the handsome couple from the 50% banner have had a child of school going age on the 75% banner - perhaps they conceived, gave birth and raised her while waiting to get checked out on Boots the website :rotfl:
