Are people getting email order confirmation? Also, if you pay by Paypal, do you need to have the funds in your account or not?

At last!!! - It's taken me over 2 hours as I kept getting that error message but my order has now gone through -hopefully it will all arrive. The only item that I really, really wanted & didn't get was the Soap & Glory grab bag.

I'm now going back to bed for an hour!

sorry i have to laugh.. you lot been up all hours for over a week now hounding the poor website. leaving stuff in the baskets just in case lol then you and numerous hundreds of others all trying at the same time.. is it no wonder the website cack.. its not boots fault or the website fault this has happeded to loads of sites since christmas when it gets announced on sites like this that the sale is on..

This is why i give the website a miss and go to the store.. i know thats not always easy for everyone but stressing out and mabey punching my pc at the website not for me

Just wondering if anyone knows which are the good London stores to visit- i.e which have a fair amount of stock- the ones I have seen seem to be near empty of sales stock

i'm quite glad my order didn't go through because the one thing i wanted was out of stock and the other things i was ordering for the sake of it so boots has saved me money this morning! off to work now good luck to everyone trying to place an order!

i'm sooooooo disappointed with boots ihave been on this computer from 3am and guess wot my order is still not placed really fed up

"poor website"...that makes Boots a LOT of money, so they should use some of their profit to implement a proper IT system.

The website plays up and has generic errors at times when there is unlikely to be high volumes of traffic, so yes it is the website's fault, it is obviously worse tonight because of the people trying to get on.
