Sandra,
Can I adopt you as my Nan?Craftster.com is eating all my free time!0 -
Clare-t: Take it back, and explain it was a Christmas present, and you've been away, just opened it etc etc. They can clearly see that the product hasn't been played with, and if you get any ol' toffee from the SA (1) ask to speak to The Manager, and if there's no joy there (2) phone CS.
If they say "but you bought it months ago" then you reply "well of course, I always do buy my Christmas presents early, in case they are not in stock by December". HTH0 -

Don't want to be repeating anyone else's questions if I think of anything to ask0 -
I dont need anything either but the brilliant brunette sets with 5 mini's in at £2.50 will be great as all the family are brunette, except 1 and he's ginger, but they dont do a brilliant ginger one do they
I think i have an obsession with mini's. But there so cute, and as we are planning on doing a lot of travelling around the country this year they'll come in really handy, think im talking myself into it now.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T
:T fortune with those less fortunate :T

Nuninge wrote:did the sa have to manually enter the points as they keep beeping with me!wanna-b-rich wrote: »She did on one the transactions, so I only got the 250 points, but on the next transaction it went through fine and I got 500 points from the voucher
. The only difference with the 2nd transaction was that I put 4 sachets of pantene through to get another blinkey, so spent £6 odd and got 900 points.
This happened to me yesterday.
The extra points coupons went through ok twice, but on the third transaction the till said no.
The SA, who was very helpful, kept re-scannng the coupon, but to no effect.
She asked another SA to manually add the points. 2nd SA, checked the till,
then said that the total button had to be pressed before it would accept a coupon.
Once this was done, the points voucher worked fine (500pts).HTH.0
