no ive not heard anythuing except the dromore one, who all is for doing this? cant wait for the rush to be over thank god today is last day online to make orders imbombarded and had my first embroidery order and machine is deciding to giv eme jip im doing something wrong and cant for life of me think what lol

Just had an email from Gary about Holywood tomorrow - last minute vacancy but I turned it down as have been out Sat and Sun last 6 weeks as well as working all week in 'proper job' and promised DS would help him with Titanic project tomorrow as well as wrapping/ packing to go to Wales for Christmas! Just dreading reading mumof4 tomorrow nite about wot a brill day everyone had!! Still up for Dromore on Sunday but have number to call and cancel if snowed in!

Rach last min was me. Just totally exhausted and couldn't face it. My house is a mess, I still have loads of shopping to do. Washing machine (4 months old) got a hole in the drum and Daewoo are refusing to fix it. Stephen Nolan show are going to cover the story which hopefully will result in getting it fixed. Iron has refused to heat up so not a good end to the week. I make cards and have to go and buy some to send to family and friends not good advertisement lol.

Oh harleygirl I really feel for you - hope everything gets sorted, just take a deep breath and try to chill out, even for a couple of secs! will listen out for Stephen Nolen tho have my grudge wid dat man - my DS school was closing couple years ago and he promised me air time to promote the reasons why should stay open - then on air introduced a Councillor to argue against me with no warning! Good luck anyway and hope you have a v happy and stress - free Christmas!:rudolf:

DS1 had a project to do for the titanic last year......I loved it:)
We got a scale drawing of the outline of the titanic and photocopied it cut it out twice and cut one of the outlines in half....glued the starboard ends together and the stern(maybe) ends together so it looked like a book and he wrote his piece on the outer (cut up outline!)piece and drew on the inside....we got the telegraph clippings of the internet and dyed them with tea bags and stuck them on the back......sorry anyways he got an A* for his work (his idea too) and honestly he was so proud of himself for it!!!:o Sorry again proud mummy moment!!

Thats dreadful about your washing machine!! How are you coping??
You have 5 kids:eek: no washing machine and no iron!!!
Never worry about the cards.....oh my cousin loved hers:j I didnt go to the party but saw her the next day at my grans months mind!!


Mum is coming with me tomorrow:T I dont want her to be doing too much but she is insisting!!

I cant multi quote but i would agree with you Rach......I was supposed to go on live one morning and they rang me at the last min saying that they had enough older people on and it was geared towards them:rolleyes: It was about nursing home fees.....I had to pay 10 grand for my DHs when he was ill and needed 24 hour care and they took it out of the sale of our house....(the house wasnt suitable for conversion as the sewer line ran through the garden) so I was in a catch 22, I had to sell, to buy another that could be converted, but the trust said no no no no you have that money so you pay us first then buy yourself a house, yep kids and myself didnt matter........as well as the fact it was being bought for my hubby so that I could take him home from the nursing home!!!!

Hopefully Nicola he does something for you and gets you a result:D

Im not at the fair today, I hate this time of year:(
Yet another Death on the roads.....Its so sad....
My previous neighbours daughter was killed on Thursday in a car accident along with two others she had 4 children aged 3-15.....My DS played with her son every weekend he stayed with his gran....
And this morning the road was closed again, another death a young girl of 18, some of you know of my experience, and when it happens to someone you know your left feeling helpless, nervous and just gutted.....3 others were injured in the accident last night..
Please everyone be careful on the roads, reduce your speed by even just 10mph can help if you hit ice....you will still get to your destination!

Hi Jac, i'm supposed to be there tomorrow but waiting to see what the weather's like first! Last week was not overly busy but I did ok and think this week will be better so long as snow not too bad as people will hopefully have spread the word - last week a bit of short notice and the local rag got the location wrong! If you are there please make yourself known!! You'll know me by my trees!
