Hi all quick wee update. Booked my church for Saturday 27 March. Its not a typical church in the building way its actually a big warehouse. Thinking of charging around £15 - £20 a table. It will be very well advertised as my friend owns her own PR company and she is going to put it in the local newspapers and hopefully a piece in the Belfast Telegraph. As mumoffour said it will be free admission, face painting, bouncy castle etc. Having a meeting with them after Christmas and going to request a creche which would be fab:). Also if possible if you could donate anything for the tombola, a bottle of wine or that soap set your great aunty bought you for christmas would be lovely, but again no pressure its up to yourselves.
I don't know if any off you know but I worked in the fundraising department in the NI Hospice so I have experience in organising events so I promise you it will be really good.
Pm me if your interested along with your name and address and I will post out forms after Christmas. Oh and tell me your craft as I don't want to much off the same as you can understand.
Anyway so much for the short post lol, if I don't see you again have a Very Happy and Peaceful Christmas xxxx
