Csl & Ppi

Hi everyone,
I need some advice, we purchases a suite from CSL three years ago and when we went through the paperwork we noticed that PPI had been added.
I contacted the store and was informed that I would have to contact the finance company ( Black Horse) this I did, the finance co explained that CSL where responsible for the sale of the PPI.
I contacted CSL who explained that the sales people didn't sell PPI and sent an A4 sheet explaining that the sales people wouldn't sell PPI and I would have been given this at the point of sale, this was NOT in the original paperwork.
I would not have accepted any PPI as I receive full pay for up to two years sick benefit and two years full pay with death in service, I forwarded this information to CSL but a returning letter upheld their decision.

Please what can I do now.
