Unhappy
We've had a baby and were lucky enough to receive loads of bunches flowers and Next seemed to be the best.
Hope this helps.0 -
I would never use Tesco again.
I ordered some for my Gran's 94th birthday. She stayed in all day and waited for them to be delivered and no flowers.
The next day she went for a bath and when she came downstairs she found a note saying that they had tried to deliver the flowers, but as they got no reply they would take them back.
I did get the cost of the flowers refunded and the flowers were delivered 3 days late - a little on the brown side mind!
I use bunches

I have never had a problem with them - they are a little cheaper than Tesco too.Treat everyday as your last one on earth! and one day you will be right.0 -
Thanks for all your messages. I had only emailed tescos.com so am now away to phone them. Have very successfully used them in the past the best seem to be the fairtrade roses which come with their own vase, am very disappointed with their response. My daughter had flowers for her 21st from next and they weren't up to standard, so i informed the sender who rang next and the flowers were replaced asap with a lovely note.
will let you know how I get on!0 -
Phoned them, spoke to a very nice lady, who said that not only had a complaint not been registered with their department, the 'gentleman' who dealt with my email hadn't even informed them of a problem - despite telling me that he had done so.
Was offered a resend or a refund but as Mum is about to go back into hospital decided on a refund with no problems and many apologies.
Note to self - always phone direct rather than email
I hope I get the refund ok whenever I try and use an e voucher on tescos.com it never gets deducted despite several phone calls informing them of the fact.0 -
I have also ordered the Lily and roses boquet from tescos and they were beautiful.
They were for my dear mums 60th and she loved them.
Hope you get a result soon.0 -
decided to email stephen grady from customers service who had been dealing with my complaint - or maybe thats just a name put on the bottom of all email answers. I told him that the matter had now been dealt with over the phone, that a refund had been given and the the lady had advised me that they don't use the 48 hour rule when it comes to flowers.
His reply was
A) they do apply the 48 hour rule to flowersHe's checked and my refund had gone through - BUT it shouldn't have and the lady will be told of this fact!
I had been satisfied with the way I was eventually dealt with over the phone and would have happily carried on with tesco flowers online - not any more! theres plenty of other flower suppliers to use just had like the ease of using tescos but tough.
Customers service my *#@$!0 -
I ordered from Tesco once before, Over Christmas, they sent the wrong thing. I thought it was going to be ok when they sent the correct bunch aswell but when my mum got them they were awful, almost dead and not nearly as full. I will never buy from them again.0

If I were you, I would send copies and transcripts to Dundee customer services and ask them to explain themselves.
Too many times Tesco staff here say one thing, tesco staff there say another thing. Any policy on any subject - inc all terms and conditions, should be clearly laid out some where on a web site and on paper leaflets instore.
If these flowers are gauranteed for 48 hours then it should be clearly stated in the order process......was it? what is the web site for the tesco flowers?0 -
Best way to get flowers is to find a florist who is local to the recipient, interflora just charge an extra fortune to do what you can do yourself with the net or on the phone. You seem to get far more flowers for your money than from the "big boys" and a more personal service.
When I sent flowers when i was on holiday(internet cafe!) the ones from Boots were fab and the ones my brother sent from Next were dead.0
