How awful. When is he back?0 -
BB, thank goodness your neighbour knew where you lived.
she didn't...........she is a really nosey person and walks miles each day and said she thought she'd seen my car a couple of years ago on this road.
However, on this rare occasion, her nosiness has been a help and although she can be a right pain in the backside, my ex needs to buy her a very big box of chocolates.
He is back Saturday evening."Stay Wonky":D

I found his insurance paperwork, in the same place I used to put it, he is with Tesco insurance and hopefully it seems a bit of a bells and whistles policy, even had the food covered up to £250 if we had decided to turn off the freezer also.
I think that policy is one of the legacies of my pre LBM days when we were together - I'd not get one with all the weird and wonderful stuff listed on it now!!"Stay Wonky":D

sorry to change the subject.....did you get the bank sorted......
Temporarily sorted, they've given me £1k and the underwriter will contact me to discuss how long this can stand and how much I need to fund it with while I don't have my loan coming in.
Was waylaid this afternoon by van drama, dead engine but luckily we can get a re-conditioned one in swap for our old car so no money needed. Phew.No longer using this account for new posts from 20130
