mobile outlet signed me up to wrong plan

Options
I signed up to the Tmobile Relax 200 plan, but my first bill came in today and they've put me on the Everyone 500 plan, is there anything i can do about this as it's clearly not what i signed up for

Do you have a screenshot of your order ?, if you do then they can change you and credit whatever charges you incurred that you shouldn't have.

If you don't have a screenshot, they can still change it ,but they might not credit any charges if you can't prove you are on the wrong plan.

Then again they might be nice and admit fault if they can find something on their system to say there was a mix up.

Ask them to change it, explain what happened and see what they say.

  • ive phoned t-mobile whove said theyll change it for me if i show them a copy of what i signed up too, the problem is if they change it and mobileoutlet still think im on everyone 500 then there'll probably be a problem with cashback so i think ill have to wait to let mobileoutlet know they've (deliberately) put me on the wrong plan

Yes, if it's a cashback deal definatley make sure they know before anything is changed.

  • This company's online ordering page is a bit dodgy. After deciding on a cashback deal, I went through the whole process of ordering by filling in all my details, name, address, credit card details, etc. When I reached the summary page (step 4 ) where I am supposed to check that all my details are correct before submitting, I found that my surname was omitted. Needless to say I aborted. Anyone thinking of placing an order with them, do take note.
