HMV and returns

    I guess they will eventually credit me back but what about the postage? I'm really quite annoyed at them for all this as I thought I had 2 presents sorted and then on Christmas eve I had to go a rebuy them (at greater cost too).

    Is chasing for £2 or so worth the hassle?

    I have ordered a few times from HMV and found their customer service is useless. Still waiting for a reply to an email sent mid decemeber.

    Just an update ...

    I never got a reply to my email but they did credit the money back to my a/c for the returns. They didnt give me the cost of postage.

    I obviously wont be buying anything from them in the future!

    I think you did order too late for christmas but on the other side of the coin I have always found HMV online to be snail paced and never receive anything in the timescales i would expect.
