  • Congrats on becoming homeowners, we completed in July and are still excited about it, we've replaced our bathroom so far but thats it.

    We rented together for 6 years and nothing has actually felt like home until now, it really does feel different (and so much better) owning your own home.

  • Well all of this feels so long ago!!!

    We have been here for around 17 months now. Everything is brilliant. We are getting each room decorated in turn.

    We have been overpaying on the mortgage and are starting to make a dent in what we owe. I am aiming to be mortgage free now though alot of this depends on how much overtime I can get at work.

    Cant believe so many people have read this thread either!
