    your right there isnt a box to tick but section 15 who you want paid to has section for you to sign to give permission to give your landlord info about claim but this is only if you are requesting payments direct to landlord , which you are not.
    I would put it clearly in the section at the bottom that you dont want the landlord to know.
    If you've got a tennancy agreement then he doesn't need to know.
  • I handed the form in late today. I assume i can write a letter to that effect and give it to them tomorrow morning?

    I'm a bit confused as i asked if they had to contact him or the letting agent and they said they had to and still want to see my tenancy agreement. Is it written in government guidelines about this?

    I'd go in first thing, possibly phone first but theres no need for them to contact ll and it could affect your tennancy.
    Its your private business after all.
  • i am a full time student, can i claim any benefits as i am struggling. And will that affects my future credit rating?
    i work part time arround 7hrs/week and get £200-£300 per month

    Student Loans/ grants plus £2/300 month should be plenty to live on and I'm afraid that you can't claim any benefits. You could always work a couple more hours a week without it affecting your studies.
