  • Again, making use of the free parking space at work today;
    Have enough on my canteen lunch card for some soup today for lunch so no spending there;
    My Mum has asked me to pick up some bottles of Ralph Lauren Sport - the single best perfume in the world! - which are on sale for a tenner (yes a tenner!) locally (It's difficult to find, hence both of us are stocking up!).

    I'll get the perfume cash back, so it's a NSD again for me I s'pose!
    Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!

    Good morning everyone,

    Getting up was a chore this am! Even though it's cold the sun is shining which makes me smile.

    OliveOyl - you must be :j . What brilliant news. Do go for the diary. They are always so motivational - and it clearly has worked for you - look at that debt going down!

    Today I will:
    • Charge phone at work
    • Flylady tasks (my bathroom is so clean and I even did a couple of extra tasks - kitchen next)
    • Enter figures from bills etc into a spreadsheet ready to call the tax office (goal related)
    • Buy and read paper for jobs (goal related and LSD) Done - only 80p spent today.
    • sew up coat pocket - if I keep writing it down I'll get to it one day!
    • Find my knitting and have some fun with it
    • Work out how to transfer bank accounts. Will do this once I return from holiday but I have too many accounts open and need to rationalise these.
    • Start to put clothes aside for my holiday.
    • Storecupboard dinner
    • Brought lunch into work Done
    • Book an appointment with GP
    I think that's it for now - may add more later.

    urg x x

    Have a great Tuesday
  • Today I will:
    *[strike]Call B Gas and book boiler service[/strike] February date booked :D

  • Morning everyone-boring black socks for me today, although it's so flippin cold I might go and put my fluffy stripy ones on over the top!

    Off to work in a bit (should be getting ready but just cannot be bothered:rolleyes: ). Here's my plan for today-

    -Got my free Graze box. Worth checking out here http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1373295. My one looks yummy and I don't need to bother to make anything else to take to work.
    -Aiming for 2nd NSD in a row- get me!!!
    -Done one Dooyoo review- will prob manage one more before work so getting closer to my second Amazon voucher on there.
    -Checked for MS but none worth my while- there seem to be loads where they pay for one meal, but I'd make a loss as I'd end up paying for a second meal for OH!
    -Got the juicer out and juiced some sad looking fruit and veg for my brekky
    -OH can make store cupboard tea for when I get home late tonight
    -Check freebies board for goodies
    -Done free scratchcards- won 50p- whoopee!!!!!

    Think that's my lot for today. Have a good one and keep warm my fellow DFW'rs.
