A pity a few people have to ruin threads just to get a dig in, though. A bit of moderation wouldn't go amiss IMO.

Funnily enough the few threads where I start posting a belief in anything - like fairness and equality for instance - I end up 'discussing' views with people that I wouldn't normally spend more than a moment on in real life.

Back to reality, an additional 30% decrease in house prices by Sept 09, followed by FTBs taking bargain houses off those who paid a mint for them. Oh dear, people will gamble with their money!
