A pity a few people have to ruin threads just to get a dig in, though. A bit of moderation wouldn't go amiss IMO.

until i saw this i wasn't going to say anything.... but this isn't a personal dig at Mitchaa and his personal financial situation is it

I'm all up for the fluff, nonsense and banter..... hell we'd have to lose mewbie without it and I like that type of stuff. :T
Even worse news.. I'm back. Fluff, nonsense and banter eh - it's nice to be appreciated.

Funnily enough the few threads where I start posting a belief in anything - like fairness and equality for instance - I end up 'discussing' views with people that I wouldn't normally spend more than a moment on in real life.

So I'm back with pure 100% garbage and insults from now on. Oh and fluff.

Yay, mewbie's back! Sort them out will you, mewbie. This thread has degenerated somewhat. A spanking is in order to all involved.

    Doesn't that cost extra?

Back to reality, an additional 30% decrease in house prices by Sept 09, followed by FTBs taking bargain houses off those who paid a mint for them. Oh dear, people will gamble with their money!

Sorry, just trying to get the thread back on track:p

All fair comments however just reading your sig you will probably have to get rid off your debts and then save at least a 25% deposit if you are to buy anything.

Correct - 9 months before I can start saving, aim to have deposit of around £15K by Sept/Oct 09 as the OH starts back at work in her new job next month. Add to that a LSAP of around £7k will give me a reasonable deposit I hope!
