What "...two others..." are you referring to?

The antispyware tools I recommend are all free for personal use and all very effective. Maybe you went for the wrong things.

If so we can let you have the correct links to the right programs.

I have re-installed S&D - no issues

So I guess the only item remaining is:

Ad-aware Personal edition

I've found a number of sites that offer to "scan" using this, however given my experiences on Saturday - any chance you can give me a link that will enable me to use the programme to scan and clean?
